Cancellation Policy

One-Day Clinics (Swim Faster, Open Water Skills, Tri Basics, Tri Stronger, etc.)

All clinic fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a clinic you are registered for, you may find a substitute athlete to attend in your place or you may transfer to another Tri Faster clinic. All substitutions and transfers will incur a $10 administration fee. No substitutions or transfers can be made within 72 hours before a clinic.

Camp Tri-Sisters

If you cannot attend the camp you are registered for, you may find a substitute athlete to attend in your place or you may transfer to another Tri-Sisters camp. All substitutions and transfers will incur a $10 administration fee. Refunds are available minus a $75 administration fee. No refunds, substitutions or transfers can be made within one week before a camp.

Please Note

The above applies to fees collected by Tri Faster. For clinics hosted by other entities (e.g., Wisconsin Athletic Club) that collect the fees, the cancellation policy may differ and is defined on a clinic-by-clinic basis by the host entity.
