Meat and Potatoes Service (Monthly Training Program)
This level includes monthly training updates via e-mail. All key workouts, test sets and total mileage will be identified in the plan that is sent one time each month (or at the beginning of a new 3 to 4 week training cycle). The athlete has some responsibility of making adjustments to the plan when necessary, but can contact the coach via e-mail for assistance. One week prior to a new monthly update, the coach and athlete will communicate at a pre-arranged time (usually by phone) to discuss the current month's training. This will allow the coach to best design the optimal program for the athlete. This program is ideal for an athlete who needs ongoing guidance in training program development.
Before starting this service, the athlete must have the initial consultation with one month minimum of the Maître de service in order to allow us to get to know you better.
