Her strength program is based on her multiple years of experience as a physical therapist, multisport coach, and triathlete with 300 multisport races under her belt.  At age 40, she is still kicking butt on the professional triathlon scene. She will share her secrets of how she continues to race strong after 20 years in the sport.
