APR 29, 2009 Another Tri Faster Quick Tips has been added as a pre-race clinic on the Rockman Triathlon race site. The clinic is being held on June 6th and is now open for registration.

APR 1, 2009 No fooling around here! We have added three more clinics. Open Water Skills (July 9th) and Tri Basics (May 6) at the Camp Whitcomb/Mason and Lake Keesus, home of the popular Triathlon at Camp Whitcomb/Mason in August.

And due to the many requests for a Run Faster clinic after the last one sold out, we have added a longer version at the Southwest YMCA in Greenfield, WI on May 9th. Come and learn how rolling around on the floor can help improve your running.

MAR 27, 2009 Elkhart Lake Triathlon pre-race clinics (Open Water Skills and Tri Faster Quick Tips) being held on June 12th are now open for registration.
